Please include your app version, iPhone model and a short description of the problem. Do not include passwords, personal documents or sensitive information. You do not need to send us your food photos to request help.
Getting started
- Take or choose photos of your food.
- Review the detected ingredients and correct the list before continuing.
- Choose a recipe suggestion and read the full instructions before cooking.
If something goes wrong
Check your internet connection and try again. If the app asks you to wait, allow the indicated time before retrying. Clear photos with visible labels can help ingredient recognition.
AI suggestions can contain mistakes. Check ingredients, allergens, quantities and cooking instructions yourself. Cooking times are estimates.
